tappey is a personalised NFC magnet and private photo timeline service operated in the United Kingdom. Contact us via our contact form.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything that happens on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place an order.

Each tappey is personalised and made to order. Once we have started making your tappey, we may not be able to cancel or change your order. UK shipping is charged at the rate shown at checkout.

Because each tappey is personalised, the standard 14-day right to cancel does not apply once production has begun. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

You must not upload any illegal content. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any other content depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors;
• Material that incites violence, terrorism, or hatred against individuals or groups;
• Content you do not own or have a clear right to upload;
• Content that infringes anyone's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights;
• Material that is unlawful under UK law in any other respect.

If we detect or are notified of illegal content, we will delete it immediately, ban the account from the service without refund, and report the content and the account to the appropriate authorities (including the National Crime Agency and the Internet Watch Foundation, where applicable).

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant tappey a limited licence to store, process and serve those images for the sole purpose of operating your gallery.

We aim to keep tappey running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may pause or change features with reasonable notice.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of tappey is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant tappey. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We can suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, in particular the acceptable-use rules in section 5.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms occasionally. If a change is significant we'll let you know by email.
